Detailed Return Guidelines
1. 30-Day Return Window
You may initiate a return for most items purchased directly from Dark Side Auto Lab within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date.
2. Product Condition & Packaging
To be eligible for a refund, the product must meet the following strict conditions:

Unused and Uninstalled: The product must not show any signs of having been installed, mounted, wired, or used in any way. This includes marks, scuffs, dirt, or wire splicing.

Original Packaging: The product must be returned in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging, including all protective materials, instruction manuals, hardware, and original packing slips.

Complete: All original components and accessories must be included in the return.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Test Fit Before Installation
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect and test-fit all products (especially lighting and exterior accessories) before beginning the installation process.

Once an item is installed, it is considered used and is no longer eligible for a return or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, regardless of condition:

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds
