Ordering & Shipping

A: We strive to process and ship all in-stock orders quickly. Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days from the time the order is placed. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Q: Can I pick up my merchandise in person?

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: No. Currently we only ship within the United States.


Returns & Warranty

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns on merchandise within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. Installed items cannot be returned. Please refer to our full Return Policy page for detailed requirements and instructions.

Q: What is your product warranty?

A: All items sold by Dark Side Auto Lab are warrantied for one (1) year from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects. This warranty covers the replacement of defective components and does not cover misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
